Fusion is Winning Fashion and Business for the Palm Beaches & Florida
Success follows Palm Beach International Fashion Week
produced by Lilyana Eisele. Some designers have more than doubled their
business size and expanded production by 150%. Many of the designers are
Florida based and also produce their lines in Florida as well. Many times the materials
to create the line are bought from Florida businesses as well. This supports
other businesses and also creates jobs which support our communities.
Another fashion designer from last year’s show has been
picked up by fashion legend Kenneth Cole to produce a highly specialized line.
The all new limited production line is due to be released in New York later
this year. Each piece for the new line is hand made in the Palm Beaches. So far
hundreds have been made and it is anticipated that popularity will increase production
well into the thousands. For one-of-a-kind handmade production this is quite an
accomplishment for any fashion designer.
Men's swimwear designer Ivan Sanchez Hernandez was recently featured in an editorial in New York's Style Guide with several models from the show. Author and photographer Criss Gomez was also one of the house photographers selected for the fashion week.
Even show producer, Lilyana Eisele, was interviewed and published in Everybody Magazine. When it comes to bringing fashion to Palm Beach she was hailed by the magazine editor as “the matriarch of it all.” The article further cites the Palm Beaches as one of the most beautiful and fashionable places on Earth.

After showing in Palm Beach International Fashion Week fashion
designer Luis Aponte was named Best Emerging Fashion Designer in Miami. He has
gone on to be published in an editorial in Paradise City - 1968 Magazine
featuring his retro high style fashion designs. He also dresses some of the
most noteworthy women in Miami and the Palm Beaches.
Authentic Egyptian jewelry and accessory designer Julie
Acosta of Amoura was named Miami's Accessories Designer for 2014 by RAW Artists. She was also published in Latina Magazine recently. Her accessories
were included in a fashion feature article of hot accessory for this summer. Amoura
was featured on the runway for Palm Beach International Fashion Week 2014 which
gave show goers the first chance to have gotten a jump on the upcoming 2015 hit
trend.
Upcycle fashion designer Dawn Heisler of It’s Me Designs couldn’t
have known at the time of her show in PBIFW. One of her models from her show,
Tom Donaldson, would go on to land the roll of baseball commissioner in the new
HBO TV series Ballers with an estimated 2.2 million views. Pieces from her line
including the stardom model have been published in the Magazine Life and the
Single Parent.
These are just a few of the highlight results of last year’s
fashion week produced by Lilyana Eisele at Fusion Fashion & Art
Productions. This year she is adding Palm Beach Swim Week to the roster of
annual shows and once again previewing the trends that will be the biggest hits
in the coming seasons. The new swim week is this November 5th – 8th
at the Palm Beach Photographic Centre in downtown West Palm Beach.
The legendary Palm Beach International Fashion Week
previously known as Fashion Week Palm Beach will have a new schedule in February
of 2016. For information on both shows and it’s producer go to
