Fashion Designer RSP in Fashion Week

We are proud to announce the RSP will returning for a 3rd year in a row to Palm Beach International Fashion Week. Couture Fashion Designer Rosaura Sias-Pipenburg has worked with notable fashion designers such as Caroline Herrera and BCBG with a list of distinguished personal clients from around the world. Many of you may be familiar with the now famous silver dress I wore last year on the red carpet. She made that dress in just 4 hours!!! She is an amazingly talented seamstress and fashion designer - a custom Gala Gown show stopper! We are thrilled to have her in Palm Beach!
